leg to a leg

November 7th, 2007, 7:30 ish pm, Walking down 1st avenue waiting to cross 60th street-

a butch woman walking two very small dogs also stopped and waited to cross the light. and as we waited, one of her dogs- a gray, well groomed little frou frou dog lifted up a leg and urinated on it's walker.

I stood there trying to decide whether or not to tell her that her tiny audacious dog just lifted its leg to her leg.
